Amy

Amy founded the Fabric Quarter in 2017, and is responsible for all the boring stuff such as admin and accounts but also the fun stuff such as the buying! She has a background in marketing including textile & interior PR. Amy’s main interest is fabric for interiors and interior design. She’s a great believer in crafting and learning new skills so is delighted that so many people have been inspired to make something because of the shop!

Annette

Annette is very popular with our customers because of her brilliant expertise and advice; she has a degree in fashion and is a trained dressmaker. She usually wears her own makes whilst in the shop! Annette also has a keen eye for crafting, quilting, appliqué and interiors. She loves it when customers come in wearing what they have made!

Kayleigh

Kayleigh is our handicraft expert and popular with our customers because of her excellent crafting and quilting advice! She’s also a keen dressmaker, and in particular has a lot of experience dressmaking for children as well as herself and her husband. Kayleigh’s also a busy maker of exquisite small heritage dolls. She did a lot of the quilting work on our Queen to King Quilt!

emily

Emily is a university student, so is our lovely weekend sales assistant. She has been sewing and dressmaking since she was 8, and is very at home hacking patterns and creating makes which she wears in the shop! It’s always amazing what Emily can make with a metre of fabric!
